Solution Templates deploy preconfigured example libraries that demonstrate the core functionality of Compliance Tracker 365.
They provide a streamlined way to deploy sample content and site configurations, enabling users to quickly evaluate features and adapt them to organisational requirements.

📌 Key Details

• Each template targets content to all site visitors using personal profiles.
• This makes content visible by default, but it should be tailored to your needs.
• Configure terms and profiles to target content to specific roles or interests.

✅ Prerequisites

Before applying a Solution Template, ensure the following components are deployed to a new SharePoint Online site:

• Compliance Tracker 365 🔗
• PnP Modern Search and CT365 Search Extension 🔗

🚀 Applying a Solution Template

1. Navigate to the Management page within Compliance Tracker 365.
2. Select the Templates tab.
3. Choose a template and click Apply to initiate deployment.

📂 Deployment Actions

When deployed, the template will:

• Create a site collection term set.
• Configure personal profiles.
• Add sample files and pages to the site.
• Set the template page as the site’s home page.

⏱️ Note: SharePoint Search indexing can take from a few minutes to several hours in extreme cases.
The deployment dialogue shows how many documents are indexed. If some are complete, you can skip the wait — the remaining documents will appear once indexed.
