📊 Log Entry Limits
- Interactive reports support up to 100,000 log entries.
- More entries can be processed, but performance may degrade.
- File export reports support up to 500,000 log entries.
- Larger exports may work, but can cause memory issues.
🔎 Report Data
- Reports query Mandatory content by default.
- To include Optional content, select:
Term match → Optional from the Select report data menu.
💾 Saving Reports
- Always click Save report or Save all reports after making changes to custom reports.
🔗 Report Links
- If a report is renamed, historic General report URLs will break. Select the new report name to regenerate the new report link.
📅 Report Dates
- The Latest entry date in the report header shows the most recent time a person viewed included content.
- This date may be later than the End Date selected in the report filters.
🔐 Security with targeting
-
End users will only see content they have permission to read. However, content they *cannot access may still be tagged with terms that match their profile. When this happens, administrator‑generated reports may show that the user has a matching term but has not read the associated content.
-
To exclude these items when generating Non‑compliant only reports, enable the Check access option. This verifies whether each unread document is accessible to the user. Any documents the user cannot access will be removed from the report.
