📊 Log Entry Limits

• Interactive reports support up to 100,000 log entries.
  • More entries can be processed, but performance may degrade.
• File export reports support up to 500,000 log entries.
  • Larger exports may work, but can cause memory issues.

🔎 Report Data

• Reports query Mandatory content by default.
• To include Optional content, select:
  Term match → Optional from the Select report data menu.

💾 Saving Reports

• Always click Save report or Save all reports after making changes to custom reports.

🚫 Tracker Limitations

• Trackers are not supported on the home page of a site due to search limitations.

🔗 Report Links

• If a report is renamed, historic General report URLs will break.
• Links in navigation may require:
  • Clicking twice to open, or
  • Holding down Ctrl to open in a new browser tab.

📅 Report Dates

• The Latest entry date in the report header shows the most recent time a person viewed included content.
• This date may be later than the End Date selected in the report filters.
