Compliance Tracker 365 is licensed based on:

• The number of individuals you want to target content to
• The tracker types used

🆓 Trial License

• You can fully test Compliance Tracker 365 for 30 days by adding a site trial license from Management > License tab.

🛒 Purchasing Licenses

• Tenant user licenses can be purchased via Microsoft AppSource.
• Once purchased, license counts can be managed in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

🔄 Renewals & Expiry

• License renewals are automatically applied to sites after purchase.
• If a subscription expires or is cancelled:
  • Admins will see a message immediately on expiry.
  • Users will see a message after 7 days.
• To reestablish an expired license, purchase another subscription via Microsoft AppSource.
