The Schedules tab allows you to create and manage schedules used by scheduled report definitions.
All schedules are shared across reports and control:
- When notifications are sent
- When View reports are generated
Schedules can run on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, enabling automated report delivery when combined with report data and notification templates.
You can create multiple schedules and apply them to the same report to support different delivery intervals.
⚙️ Create a Schedule
To create a new schedule:
- Click + and select No to start with a blank schedule.
- Enter a schedule name and click Add.
- Select a Recurrence type:
- Daily — Runs every day
- Weekly — Select one or more days of the week
- Monthly — Select the day of the month
- Tip: Use Start Date with the Every setting to create quarterly or half-yearly schedules
- Yearly — Runs once per year
- Tip: Use Start Date to run on the same date each year
- Select the Hours when the schedule should run
- Set the Start Date and any additional conditions
- Review Next occurrences to confirm the schedule behaves as expected
- Click Save schedule at the top of the page
Once saved, the schedule can be applied to a scheduled report from the Site Report side panel.
Note: Notifications begin processing at the scheduled time. Delivery of emails or Teams messages may take approximately 5–10 minutes.
