The Scheduled reports are used to generate report files and send notifications based on a notification template and a schedule.
The Report definition includes the report query, similar to the Instant report, plus an associated templates.
Report definition can be copied and amended. Standard definitions are available to create View reports, saved to the Reports library in each site, plus complicane reports for content missed last week and last month. All standard report are disabled.
To create a scheduled view report
- Select the standard View report from the report definitions drop down
