Compliance Tracker 365 includes several Flow options to automate profile management, security, and notifications.

👤 Profile Processing

1. Navigate to the Compliance Tracker 365 Management page (accessible from the toolbar in Site Pages).
2. Go to Setup > Flows within the web part.
3. Enable the User Profile Flow option.
4. Select a schedule to process the site profiles.
5. Add a support email address for notifications.

🔐 Enhanced Security

• Once User Profile Flow is enabled, you can turn on Enhanced Security.
• Enhanced security applies unique permissions to restrict access to log information as profiles are processed.
• To remove enhanced permissions, disable the option to delete unique log folder permissions.
• For sites that share terms and profiles:
  • Enhanced Security is only available if the parent site has Profile Processing enabled.
  • If enabled on the parent, Enhanced Security can also be applied to the child site.

👥 Pre‑Import Groups

• You can pre‑import up to 3 groups.
• This option pre‑creates profiles without terms, which can later be assigned terms using profile properties.

📧 Feedback Flow

• When enabled, the workflow sends an hourly email to recipients with any new feedback added to the site.
