Compliance Tracker 365 records both Reads and Views for each person and page/document combination.

Reads are recorded the first time a version of a document or page is acknowledged as read, or a quiz is successfully passed. The read duration is counted in its entirety, from when the page is first opened to when the acknowledgement button is clicked, regardless of whether the page is active.

Views are recorded each time a document or page is visited. A maximum of 250 views are recorded for each person and page/document combination. Once 500 views are reached, older views are overwritten. The view duration is only counted when the page is active. If a page is opened, then minimized, views counting is stopped until the page is maximized and viewed again.
