User Reports provide detailed insights into an individual’s activity within a site.

Opening User Reports

• User Reports can be accessed from the Site Library Report when the Name and Links values are visible.
• They are created in the same way as a Site Library Report, but all data is scoped to a single user.

Report Content

• Displays all content a person has read within the current site.
• Includes records of content even if the original item has since been deleted.
