My Reads has various settings accessible through web part properties. These settings are used to:

• Update the web part title
• Hide the web part if no unread results found
• Hide term from being displayed
• Always hide and show a refresh message if profile changes found. Use with the PnP Modern search web parts.
• Show Optional reads
• Show hidden tracker content
• Show a link to My Profile and Management pages
• Display results in compact mode
• Determine which site results are being displayed from
• Change the name of group labels when content displayed from multiple sites
